What was retained

The earlier Mediterranean API preview was retrieved and visually inspected. This version retains its coastal introduction, generous margins, calm navigation and destination storytelling. The typography, palette, project register and interior pages follow the updated owner brief.

Films and media

The supplied aerial library is now part of this website. The homepage opens with a muted coastal film; a play/pause control is available, and reduced-motion or data-saving preferences begin with the poster. Combined project and coastal films open only when selected. Zelenika appears in the API portfolio film alongside Royal Town Kotor and Royal Collection. Royal Collection and Royal Town site footage shows the scene as visible when filmed, without a dated progress claim. Zelenika is identified by the owner as API Investment land; the footage does not mark cadastral boundaries. Cielo retains its separately labelled official published film and original-film link.

Royal Town and Royal Collection images are architectural visualisations. The Bay of Kotor photograph is by Zhivko Dimitrov; the Perast photograph is by Evgeny Matveev. These photographs were retained from the previous preview under the Unsplash License. Royal Blue Resort & Residences photographs were supplied by the owner and show the property, residence interiors and hospitality spaces. Project imagery, original API marks and the CEO portrait come from the official group websites and supplied project material.

Typography

Final specification: Tenon, regular and medium, for headings, navigation and reading text. No licensed Tenon web kit or files were supplied. This preview uses Helvetica Neue and Arial as a documented temporary fallback; it does not load an invented font kit. Final font and language testing remains required when the licensed embed is installed.

Enquiries

The enquiry composer prepares a draft for review and copying. It stores nothing and does not send messages. Use the verified phone, project email links or the official API contact page to continue your enquiry. The website never reports a lead as submitted.

Before public launch

Provide approved dated construction updates, the licensed Tenon web embed and a real enquiry submission route if required. Review current availability with the team. Initial content is English only.
